We listen to your needs to better lead you to create your own prototypes and to manufacture parts of small and medium series. We work all types of metal: aluminum, steel, stainless steel.
CutoutFor the cutout, "Produits Métalliques Bussières Inc" offers laser cutting as well as piercing. Furthermore, thanks to our piercing laser handset, we can provide two cutting techniques on the same part :
Capacity :
- Hardware up to 5 feet X 12 feet.
- Thickness : up to 5/16 " (steel) and ¼ " (stainless steel - aluminum).
- Automated feeding to shorten race settings and to allow working without machinist.
- Forming and integrated tapping systems.
Our shape cutting equipment programming softwares allows us to optimize the use of the hardware (Nesting) and to eliminate the sources of mistakes.
FoldingThe folding of materials is a strength which PMB controls to perfection and is able to provide you the following services :
- Length: up to 14 feet.
- Tonnage: up to 200 tonnes.
- Our entire folding machines have 8 axles linked to network and equipped with remote control
